Upon arrival, I was upgraded to a superior room, which was clean and spacious. The changes in the reception and dining hall were a bit disappointing, with a hint of mold in the room. However, the staff went out of their way to accommodate all our needs, especially Shenol, the receptionist, who was incredibly kind and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, close to everything you need, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the service was exceptional with the lovely receptionist being so accommodating to all our requests. However, it was a bit tricky for taxi drivers to find the hotel in the narrow alley.
